Even princesses need their sleep…
Do you ever do that thing just before you got to sleep where you think about it? I know that doesn’t make much sense but it’s when you think about what you’re doing in your sleep that you can’t get to sleep.
That still doesn’t make any sense, Grace, elaborate.
For instance you start consciously breathing and then you have to start paying attention to it because when you stop, you run out of air. Please tell me I’m not the only one! I don’t know, maybe I’m just a little bit bonkers!
